1 | The document should be delivered as a scanned or electronic PDF file, and must include your stamp and signature If you deliver a DOCX version, this is only a draft, and we will ask to produce a sworn version. |

2 | Layout & formatting of the delivered document should resemble the original document. | Mandatory |
3 | Quality Check: - The translation should not contain typos (Names, Dates or Numbers) - Contains a COMPLETE translation of the original document (all text in the original has been translated) - All documents sent to you should be translated and returned (i.e. no missing documents) - Translated documents should not contain any embedded images, stamps or signatures. These should be referenced within the translation as [Image], [Stamp] or [Signature] in the translation language. |

4 | The document should be stamped and signed on EVERY PAGE | Mandatory |
5 | The translated documents should include a statement, either at the bottom of every page, or on the final page of the translation, that clearly states (in the target language), that you are sworn by the relevant authority in your country, and approved to translate between the languages provided. | Mandatory |
6 | The translated document(s) should have the source document embedded, signed & stamped. This is not always mandatory, but is preferred. |
