Translation Requirements: NAATI Certified.

This article will provide a checklist of what is expected from you when delivering a Certified translation for Australia, NAATI certification.

Certified Translation

1	The document should be delivered in PDF format.	Mandatory
2	Layout & formatting should resemble the original document.	Mandatory
3	Quality Check: - The translation should not contain typos (Names, Dates & Numbers) - The delivered documents should contain a COMPLETE translation of the original document (all text in the original has been translated) - All documents sent to the you should be translated (i.e. no missing documents) - The translation does not contain any embedded images, stamps or signatures. These should be referenced within the translation as [Image], [Stamp] or [Signature] in the translation language.	Mandatory
4	The document should been stamped and signed by the registered translator in Australia certifying the document and the stamp should not cover any part of the translation or makes it illegible.	Mandatory
5	The certification should clearly state that the translator is certified by NAATI, and includes their NAATI number.	Mandatory
6	The quality of the PDF document is as high as possible and all text should be clearly legible.	Mandatory
7	The certification statement produced by you should not contain your contact Information (e.g. Phone Number or Email Address).	Mandatory
