Qualification Check.

As part of the ISO17100 standards we as a Translation Service Provider are expected to obtain and retain documented evidence that the translator can meet at least one of the following criteria:

a)     A recognised graduate qualification in translation from an institution of higher education.

b)     A recognised graduate qualification in any other field from an institution of higher education plus two years of full-time professional experience in translating.

c)     Five years of full-time professional experience in translating.

Verification of Identity

Our partners should also include each of the following documents within their profile:

a)     Proof of identification – photos of passports orphoto-ID cards as evidence of self

b)     CV/ Resume

c)     Partners accept our terms of engagement onregistering with the platform.

Verification of Payment Account. 

Once we have verified your identity, we may need to do the same with your payment account to ensure this account belongs to you and that your payments will be rightfully addressed.

To achieve this we will request one of the following.

• A bank account under your legal name where we can transfer your payments when they are due.
• A Paypal account details under your legal name, please note that Paypal accounts will be verified by making a micro-transaction to ensure all details match with the ones provided by you on your registration.
