How to Create a business account on Translayte

On Translayte you create a business account easily and conveniently through the self business account creation feature.

With this option, you can create your own account adn add upto 10 of your team members to manage the account in your absence or together. You can also select 3 different payment options that best fits your organization.

Here is a step-by-step guide to help you create your business account:

Go to our website homepage and click on the "Create Account" button under my account as seen below;

Fill in your basic details like your name, email address, and company name.

Next, you will see an optional field for your VAT ID. This field is designed to help validate the input of the VAT ID, so if you have one, go ahead and input it here, but if you don't you can skip to update it later.

Next is "preferred currency" option with 5 currencies to choose from. Select the currency that suits you best.

Then the team access option, this feature is also available to enable you to invite up to 10 team members. Simply add their names & email addresses and invite them to join your team. as seen below

Select your preferred payment term from the 3 options available. If you prefer to pay by Direct Debit, you will be linked to our new payment gateway called GoCardless. If you prefer to pay on order, you will need to make payments immediately for every order that you place. Alternatively, you can opt for monthly invoicing, which allows you to order throughout the month and pay at the end of the month.

Finally, you will be required to input the billing contact email address. This email address will be used for all follow-ups and billing-related communication.
You will receive a welcome email, check your tendered mail account to confirm
After your confirmation our team will review and verify your details
