Order Assignation and Submission

BREAKDOWN OF ASSIGNATION PROCESS

How to Be Eligible to Get Invited for Tasks

Your services must be approved by the Vendor Management before you can get invited for tasks

These are the requirements for your services to be approved:

• Contact details (Email, phone number)

• List of services offered

Services offered could include Translation, Editing, Proofreading etc

• Language Pairs (could be any number of languages). Target languages registered should be in your native language.

• Valid Documents (ID, CV/Resumes, Sworn certificates, Any certificates/documents relevant to your translation experience)

• You can register several services and Language Pairs, however, the Vendor Manager reviewing your profile can choose to only approve the Services / Language Pairs that meet our criteria.

How do Project Managers Invite you to Tasks?

1. Review of original documents: This is the process after the client has placed an order and uploaded their documents, the documents are reviewed to confirm language pairs and word count.

2. Creation of the task: The PM assigned will create the translation task and send out invitations to approved translators in the language pair.

3. Invitations are sent to approved translators for the selected language pair. and the task is assigned on a first come first serve basis, so if you accept the task first then it will be assigned to you.

- Invitations include an estimated delivery date, the estimate pricing and a link to view the task on the website where you'll have access to the documents. When you receive an invitation, it should look like this

When you click on the green button that says 'View Task', it will open the link on your browser, and it looks like this

-  The rates and delivery dates are agreed upon before assigning the order.

-  Incase you don't agree with the proposed rates or deadline, you can make a quote for the order using the 'Submit Quote' button. The latter will be evaluated by the PM.

-You must review documents before accepting any project. You are expected to replicate the format of the original document as closely as possible.

-In case the format is too complicated, you can contact the PM in charge of the order to evaluate if it is possible to provide an OCR.

The original document can be viewed on the platform and in some cases includes an automatically generated OCR. Please note that these OCRs are provided as a reference and not as a template.
