We’ve upgraded our approach to assigning translation tasks—and it’s all about fairness, speed, and rewarding exceptional work. Here’s what you need to know:

What’s New?

We now use a Performance-Based Invitation System to send tasks to vendors. That means:

✅ Best-performing vendors get the earliest invites

✅ Competitive pricing = better ranking

✅ Availability matters—no overloads!

How You're Ranked

You’ll receive a score based on:

• Task performance (Tasks will be scored based on overall quality, on time delivery, no complaints or change requests)
• Current workload (No invite if you have exceeded your max number of assigned tasks)
• Total tasks completed (A higher number of completed tasks earns more subscore)
• Quote competitiveness (The better the prices, the better the chances)

How Invitations Work

• You have 10 minutes to accept a task
• If you pass or don’t respond, another vendor gets invited
• PMs can step in if no one accepts within an hour

How You’ll be Invited

We’ll alert you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (your choice).

If you try to accept late, you’ll see: "Task no longer available."
