Vendor Performance Score
We’re excited to inform you that we’ve introduced a new update!
You can now view your overall performance score directly from your dashboard, along with a detailed breakdown of how it’s calculated.
This update is part of our commitment to transparency and continuous improvement. It gives you clearer insight into the key areas we track, such as quality, change requests, on-time delivery, and others, so you know exactly where you’re doing well and where there may be room for growth.
We hope this empowers you to take even more control of your performance and professional development on our platform.
- When you open your profile on our website, now you’ll see a column on your dashboard for “Performance Score” at the top like this
You can filter the scores according to dates using the small button that looks like a calendar at the top right corner, when you do it should look like this
- After inputting your desired dates you will get a comprehensive score for that period and a breakdown of the scores
- Finally, you can leave a comment on your profile by clicking on the chat bubble at the top right corner, we will respond accordingly.
