How to update your notification method

We’ve added a new feature to make things easier for you! 

Vendors can now choose how they receive task invitations—via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email. 

You can update your preferred notification method anytime in your Profile Settings. 


Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do this 

  • Click on your name to go to your profile settings on the top right side of your profile

  • When your profile settings opens, click on Notification Methods on the left side of the screen

  • Here you can pick any notification method you want for receiving tasks, either Email, SMS, or WhatsApp 
  • You can even have two notification methods by using the “Add Notification Method” button
