Delivery Partnership Guide

As part of our commitment to building a strong, reliable network of professional translators, Translayte has introduced the Delivery Partnership Program a structured collaboration designed for consistency, quality, and reliability.

  1. What It Means to Be a Delivery Partner

A Delivery Partner is a trusted language service provider who handles translation assignments directly through the Company’s platform using their fixed rates.

Under this agreement, the partner’s approved language pairs and rates are fixed, ensuring faster task allocation and consistent collaboration. This means we will set up your profile with the prices you give us for every language pair, the rates have to be set per page.

Delivery Partners are prioritised for tasks in their approved pairs and become part of our core vendor group for ongoing and high-volume projects.

  1. Benefits of Being a Delivery Partner

  • Receive direct task assignments in your approved language pairs and at your preferred rates through our platform.

  • Benefit from consistent work opportunities based on your availability and prices. The tasks are automatically assigned and will go to the partner with the best rates.

  • Your rate per page is agreed upon at the start and remains fixed for the partnership duration, avoiding frequent requotes during order assignation processes.

  • Rates can be reviewed and changed periodically, but you're not allowed to requote on orders. To change your rates, reach out to the vendor management team at vendors@translayte.com

  • All tasks, communication, and deliveries are centralized — no back-and-forth emails required.

  1. Expectations and Responsibilities

As a Delivery Partner, your professionalism and reliability are central to our shared success. You are expected to:

  • Accept and complete orders within the agreed deadlines.

  • Deliver accurate and high-quality sworn translations that meet both client and regulatory standards.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and Company information.

  • Communicate proactively — notify the Company immediately of any delays, issues, or inability to complete a project.

  • Communicate any changes in your rates or delivery times.

  1. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed according to the agreed Terms of Engagement.

  • You will be paid based on completed and approved translations delivered through our platform.

  • Payments are made on a 30-day cycle following a payout request after each task.
