How to request translations on business accounts
This article provides a useful guide on how to submit translation requests to Translayte from your company's Preferred Account with Translayte.
Background
A Preferred Account is a special type of Client Account for companies that have regular translation requests. It offers:
- Quicker delivery on all orders with no additional fee for urgent delivery & reduced prices on same day delivery.
- Up to 20% volume discounts off our standard prices for translation & transcription services.
- Company specific NMT, Translation Memory & Glossary to improve translation accuracy on domain specific documents.
- Centralised invoicing & billing for all your colleagues who need language services.
- Custom templates for certified / official translations - where required.
- Dedicated Account Manager
- Special Requests – Our Accounts team are on hand to accommodate special requests tailored to your company or internal workflow.
How to request translations
There are two ways to submit a translation request on your company’s account:
#1 - Email Request
- Submit a quotation request to orders@translayte.com from your company email address.
- State the language pairs, due date, shipping and delivery instructions (if any) and your reference number to identify this order.
- A quotation will be sent to you for approval.
#2 - Order Portal (Recommended)
First time? email orders@translayte.com to request a user account linked to your company account.
- Go to translayte.com/login & use Forgot Your Password? to access your account.
- Once logged on, click on Check Prices & Place Order to request a translation.
- Enter the order information and upload all documents that require translation. You will be provided with an instant quotation.
- Confirm the quotation amount & accept the quotation to get us started.
Make sure you are logged in to your Translayte account before checking prices in order to take advantage of your company specific pricing. If you are not logged in, you will see the pricing that a normal customer would.
