Our Web-form is designed so you can place an order easily, quickly, and as intuitively as possible. However, here we will give you a quick tour through it in case you have any questions.
Certified Translations vs Business Translations
A certified translation is one that fulfills the requirements in the country in question, enabling it to be used in formal procedures, with the translator accepting responsibility for its accuracy. These requirements vary widely from country to country. While some countries allow only state-appointed translators to produce such translations (Sworn translations), others will accept those carried out by any competent bilingual individual and simply require certified translations to include a statement made by the translator attesting to its accuracy.
A Business Translation: is one that is required for standard business uses, doesn't include any type of certification or statement of accuracy, and usually is delivered in an editable format such as Docx, XLXS etc.
Type of Certifications offered on our website:
Pay very close attention to our web form when selecting the certification type, as the web form will only display the available certification type for the language pairing you are requesting.
Standard Certified Translation: Your translation is completed on our letterhead, and accompanied by a Statement of Accuracy, our stamp, signature and contact details. This is the most popular option for all certified translations.
Certified Translator (NAATI): Your translation is completed, signed & stamped by a NAATI Certified Translator, which guarantees its acceptance within Australia and at Australian embassies.
Certified Translator (Canada): Your translation is completed, signed & stamped by a Certified Translator accredited by a CTTIC member society in Canada.
Statement of Truth: Your translation includes a statement from the translator confirming the translation accuracy, their qualifications and experience. This is required for UK Court Proceedings, particularly for Court Divorce.
Sworn Translator: This option is only available for specific countries. A sworn translator, registered within the intended country of use, completes your translation, and appends their signature, stamp & contact details. This makes the translation acceptable within that country.
Notarisation: A Notary Public appends their signature & stamp to our Company Certification. This may take up to 24 hours after order approval.
Apostille / Legalisation: The translation is legalised, making it acceptable in all countries that are members of the Hague Convention. This may take up to 5 working days after order approval.
Urgency Fees and Professional review.
Urgent Delivery: Ddepending on how urgently you need your document translated we offer the option to prioritize and expedite your translation to half of the time or a quarter of the time originally quoted to complete the number of pages you are requesting. This may also increase the pricing of your order depending on the urgency selected.
Professional Review: This option, if selected, will include a second professional translator to proofread in your order to make sure there are no translations mistakes and everything is properly localized to the country where you intend to use the translation.
PAGE COUNT:
Page count is very important when it comes to placing your order. This defines the total price you'll be paying for each one of the selected services.
For translation purposes, for every 250 words, 1 page is counted. This means that if you are submitting a 1-page document but the page contains more than 250 words, this page may be counted as 2 pages.
Please keep this in mind while placing your order as the pricing on your order may change and our Project Managers may also reach out to try to increase the price on your quotation if they find that the page count is not in accordance with the total number of words in your document.
